Dr Paul Knechtel, chiropractor has now returned to his hometown of Southampton to practice chiropractic. He has found a Chiropractor in whom he had confidence in to transfer his patient files to and take his place at Chiro + Physio Westmount. We are pleased to announce that Dr. Thanh-My Patricia Ho, Chiropractor has taken over for him. Dr Knechtel is leaving knowing with confidence that Dr. Ho will truly take care of his patients and maintain a high quality of chiropractic care.

Dr. Thanh-My Patricia Ho, chiropractor obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from The University of Quebec in Trois-Rivières in 2012. She previously worked at Chiropratique Notre-Dame in Montreal and Centre de Santé Chiropratique Valmont in Repentigny. She offers personalized chiropractic care by integrating several techniques: Spine align (a computerized adjusting instrument), Activator Method, manual approach (manual adjustments and muscle therapy) and electrotherapy (cold laser therapy and ultrasound therapy ).
Francis Zavala, physiotherapist has been working as a physiotherapist since 2004, and is a member of the Ordre professionnel de la Physiothérapie du Québec. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy at McGill University in 2004, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and Psychology at the University of Toronto in 2000.
His clinical experience includes treating various types of pain, sports injury rehab, pre- and post-surgical rehab, headaches, TMJ (jaw), dizziness and vertigo, musician and dance injuries, perinatal (pregnancy-related) issues, cardiorespiratory problems, and concussions. His continued educational training includes manual therapy, the McKenzie method, interventions for persistent pain, and vestibular rehab. Francis is able to communicate in English, French, Filipino, Spanish, and Catalan.
